Mazaar Reality Refund Policy

At Mazaar Reality, we aim to maintain transparency and fairness in all property-related transactions. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making any booking, reservation, or payment.

1. Refund Eligibility

• Refunds are only applicable before a property booking, reservation, or agreement is finalized.

• Once a booking form, sales agreement, reservation confirmation, or any legally binding document has been signed—or the property status is marked as reserved or sold—the transaction will be considered final, and refunds will no longer be accepted.

2. Refund Request Process

• Refund requests must be made immediately after payment and before confirmation of booking or contract signing.

• All refund requests must be submitted in writing via:

• Each request will be reviewed, and if approved, refunds will be processed within 14 business days.

3. Refund Method

• Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method used at the time of transaction.

• Any applicable bank charges, transaction fees, or administrative costs may be deducted from the refunded amount.

4. Non-Refundable Items

• Fees related to property reservation, documentation, registration, legal processing, taxes, or third-party services are non-refundable once incurred.

• Custom-negotiated deals, developer allocations, or specially requested properties are not eligible for refunds once confirmed.
