• Seller: Any individual or entity listing or selling property through Mazaar Reality.

• Property: Any residential, commercial, or investment real estate listed or marketed by Mazaar Reality.

• Services: Brokerage, consultation, marketing, transaction facilitation, and related real estate services provided by Mazaar Reality.

3. Service Use

• Buyers and Sellers must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

• All property transactions are subject to availability and confirmation.

• Mazaar Reality reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services at its discretion.

• Users must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

4. Pricing and Payment

• Property prices are subject to change without prior notice.

• Buyers agree to pay the agreed property price along with any applicable fees, taxes, registration charges, or third-party costs.

• Payment terms, including deposits or installment arrangements, will be communicated during the transaction process.

• Mazaar Reality may charge a brokerage or service commission, agreed upon prior to transaction completion.

5. Property Condition and Due Diligence

• Properties are offered “as-is” unless otherwise stated in writing.

• Buyers are responsible for conducting inspections, due diligence, and verification before finalizing any transaction.

• Mazaar Reality does not guarantee property condition, future value, investment returns, or legal outcomes beyond information provided by sellers or developers.

6. Documentation and Transaction Process

• Mazaar Reality assists with coordination of documentation, contracts, and regulatory processes.

• Final responsibility for compliance with legal, regulatory, and financial requirements rests with the Buyer and Seller.

• Any delays caused by third parties, developers, authorities, or financial institutions are beyond Mazaar Reality’s control.

7. Liability

• Mazaar Reality shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services or property transactions.

• Users agree to indemnify and hold Mazaar Reality harmless from any claims, losses, or disputes arising from their transactions or use of services.

8. Privacy

• User information is collected and managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• By using our services, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your data for service-related purposes.

9. Intellectual Property

• All website content, branding, logos, text, images, and materials are the property of Mazaar Reality and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
